Market Strategies International Honored as a Cool Place To Work

For the second time, Crain's Detroit Business has honored Market Strategies International as one of the “Cool Places to Work” in Southeast Michigan.

We earned cool points for our student mentoring program and generous time-off policy. Market Strategies was honored in 2009 as well, when Crain’s last held its Cool Places awards program. The focus of that issue was navigating tough economic times; this issue’s theme centered on companies that take talent attraction and retention seriously and acknowledge the importance their workers play in the success of their business.

“Market Strategies has an abundance of smart, hard-working, fun people—a combination that is pretty tough to find,” said Margee Kaczmarek, senior vice president of Human Resources. “When you’re lucky enough to have a team like that, you strive every day to make sure everyone feels valued and appreciated.”
