Market Strategies’ manages its own Custom and Integrated Telephone Research Centers that include the telephone "field" interviewing staff and all supporting management, quality assurance and supervisory personnel. In 2008 we conducted more than 2 million telephone interviewers with a staff of over 1,300 research interviewers.
Our Research Centers are located strategically throughout North America with specific locations listed below. The Telephone Research Centers are open seven days a week. We conduct business-to-business interviews on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. respondent time. Residential interviews are conducted between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. respondent time on weekdays; 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays; and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays.

As a result we make significant investments in training our professional interviewers on the latest techniques.
