‘Tis the Season

Fall is the traditional MR conference season and this one has been, well, interesting.  If you run a market research company then CASRO’s Annual Conference was the place to be. This conference always tends to be more about the business of market research than the doing of market research and, in the current business environment, there is a lot to talk about.  Conference organizers did their best to build a program around innovation but as Larry Gold reported in Inside Research, “Uncertainty about next year’s business prospects pervaded attendee conversations.” Continue reading
